Yes, marijuana is legal in Missouri. Amendment 3 made Missouri the 20th state to legalize cannabis in the United States. Since December 8, 2022, you can possess up to 3 ounces simultaneously, provided you are 21 and above. The law also allows medical possession for patients above 18 years.
